Useful informations:
~ down payment: 30% of the total price of the booking to be paid to confirm it.
~ during July and August we organize arrivals and departures from Saturday to Saturday.
~ arrival time; from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
~ departure time: till 10:00 am.

The price DOES include:
~ gas for hot water and kitchen, change of bed linen and towels every Saturday, water consume, energy consumption,
~ use of the swimming pool (seasonal opening), table tennis, archery, tennis and soccer yard,
~ mountain bikes, fishing (seasonal opening), children’s playground,
~ fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, external equipment for barbecues,
~ pizza oven and wood for fireplace.

The price DOES NOT include:
~ heating,
~ laundry,
~ basic final cleaning of the the kitchen’s apartment if not made by the client,
~ courses (painting, cooking, children’s activities).

Other services under request:
~ change of bed linen and towels during the week,
~ relaxing massages,
~ additional bed,
~ crib.

The farmhouse is available for ceremonies (weddings and other celebrations)
and events in general (for business and/or for relatives/friends) with catering service
for groups.
