This apartment of 47 sqm is situated on the first floor and looks out on to a splendid panorama of Trasimeno lake and the hills surrounding it.
Teh apartment "il Basettino" has:
- a living room with one armchair bed and TV;
- a cooking area;
- a double bedroom;
- a little bedroom with a bunk bed;
- one bathroom.
Outside, you will find garden furniture for outdoor meals.

Agriturismo Frattavecchia is an ancient owner's house with 7 comfortable apartaments, three on the groundfloor and four on the top floor. All the apartments are furnished according to the local tradition, but with many comforts:
a living room with TV, a fully equipped cooking area, heating system and bathroom with shower.
All apartments are similar, but we tried to make each one unique. Some are equipped with fireplace, others have a small loft with a wood stair to create an atmosphere from the old times.
Each apartment has its independent entrance from outside, and there is external garden furniture for outdoor meals. The impressive construction is sweetened by two external stairs - South and North - which lead the garden to the upstairs apartments.
